This is one of the more adorable blogs out there. dear-photograph: Dear Photograph, Thirty years ago my parents took the trip of a lifetime with their two best friends. As I look at their faces in this photograph, I imagine all the wonderful times that they shared together. This summer, I stood in the very same spot with my best friends and I could feel my parents standing right there with me. Even though my Dad has recently passed away, his ‘joie de vivre’ will always be a part of me. Thanks Mom and Dad for passing your joyous spirit on to me and showing me how to treasure  the special friends and family in my life. I love you both, Vicky
